Pegasus Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents in a senior living community. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and personal care while maintaining a compassionate, respectful environment.

We value English communication skills, relevant certifications, and experience with older adults. The role offers flexible scheduling, PTO, and comprehensive benefits to FT/PT staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Priority given to HCA and/or CNA certification.
• At least one year of experience with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a senior living setting.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• HCA and/or CNA certification give priority
• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00.
