Job summary

Cordata Court Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors in daily living activities, ensuring dignity and quality of life.

Applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience, a current HCA/CNA certification if possible, and strong English communication skills. Flexible FT/PT scheduling, benefits, and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience working with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates compassion and patience when assisting residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities with respect and dignity.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff to coordinate care.
• Support a safe, caring, and engaging environment for seniors.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• HCA and/or CNA certification give priority
• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00.
