North Point Village Assisted Living and Memory Care is hiring a Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors with daily living activities and mobility, ensuring comfort and safety in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• One year of relevant experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being through supervision and care planning.
• Document and communicate health status and changes to the care team.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• HCA and/or CNA certification give priority
• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $18.00 to $23.00.
