Job summary

Pegasus Senior Living in Bellingham, WA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care in our senior living community.

You will work in NOC or PM shifts with flexible scheduling options, and you can participate in a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities through PSL. Prior experience with older adults is preferred, and the role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Excellent communication with residents and staff in English.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• HCA and/or CNA certification give priority
• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.

The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00.
