Qualifications

• Education level required: High School or equivalent.
• 4–5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• Licenses: Life and Health Insurance license within 90 days in role.
• FINRA SIE within 90 days of start date.
• FINRA Series 6 within 90 days of start date.
• FINRA Series 63 or 66 within 90 days of Series 6 exam.

Responsibilities

• Sales: support growth targets and deliver client introductions to the right team members.
• Client experience: resolve questions and complaints and educate clients; meet engagement goals.
• Risk management: execute transactions accurately and compliantly; aim for no controllable losses.
• Engage in discovery-based conversations and provide tailored financial advice through Financial Consultants.
