Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; required for role.
• 4–5 years customer service and sales experience, financial services preferred.
• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act within specified period.
• Licenses required within defined timelines (Life/Health, SIE, Series 6, and Series 63/66).

Responsibilities

• Support growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income; generate client introductions to specialists.
• Provide excellent client experience; resolve questions and complaints with timely communication.
• Execute transactions accurately and compliantly; adhere to regulatory policies.
• Handle moderately complex projects and assist with policy training and compliance.
