Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II-Licensed to deliver best-in-class service, resolve inquiries, and present financial products to clients in Little Neck, NY. The role centers on client management, retention, and referrals to Mortgage and Business Banking partners for holistic financial guidance.

The position includes lending and basic investment interactions, with opportunities for complex banking conversations.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services.
Education and licensing requirements must be met within defined timeframes.
Life and Health Insurance Licenses required within 90 days in role.
FINRA SIE required within 90 days of Life/Health exam.
FINRA Series 6 required within 90 days of passing SIE.
FINRA Series 63 or 66 required within 90 days of Series 6.

Responsibilities

Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income; generate client referrals.
Client Experience: Resolve questions or complaints; deliver education and engage clients through appointments.
Risk Management: Complete transactions accurately and compliantly; minimize controllable losses.
Prepare for moderately complex special projects and additional duties.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws; complete trainings.
Develop relationships and provide tailored financial recommendations via calls and in-person meetings.
