Job summary

Flagstar Bank in Woodbury, NY seeks a Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Licensed to resolve client concerns and share detailed product information, focusing on meeting their financial goals. The role involves more lending interactions and basic investments, with complex banking conversations as needed.

You will support growth targets, deliver strong client service, and coordinate with Mortgage and Business Banking partners to drive appropriate referrals.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses required within 90 days in role.
• FINRA SIE required within 90 days of Life/Health license.
• FINRA Series 6 required within 90 days of passing SIE.
• FINRA Series 63 or Series 66 required within 90 days of Series 6.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Provide positive client experience by resolving questions and complaints promptly.
• Deliver client engagement and education; meet activity goals and make timely appointments.
• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
• Engage in discovery-based conversations and refer to Financial Consultants for tailored advice.
