In this role you’ll cultivate relationships, support sales targets for deposits and loans, handle in-person and digital transactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / GED / foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Licenses to be obtained within 90 days: Life and Health Insurance, FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63/66.

Responsibilities

• Support sales targets for deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Provide positive client experience by resolving questions and complaints.
• Engage in discovery-based conversations and refer to Financial Consultants.
• Execute transactions accurately and compliantly while following regulations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and complete required trainings.
