Job summary
Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of the Optum family, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Marlborough, MA team. You will treat a broad range of mental health conditions within the Optum Behavioral Care network and provide evidence-based therapies.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
- Active, unrestricted license LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
- Provide treatment for mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT.
- Systematically track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to patient growth efforts by supporting online profiles and marketing.
