Life Changes Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Brookline, MA to join the Optum Behavioral Care team. You will treat a diverse patient population with evidence-based therapies and ensure accurate records while supporting online growth strategies.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
- Active, unrestricted license LICSW/LMHC/LMFT in MA.
- 2+ years post-master's experience in behavioral health.
- Experience providing individual and family psychotherapy.
- Proficiency with electronic records and professional communication tools (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS).
Responsibilities
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
- Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
- Systematically track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
- Maintain accurate EMRs and clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Support patient growth by contributing to online directories and marketing efforts.
