Job summary

Pregnant With Possibilities is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy, manage a clinical caseload, and support intake and assessment processes. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive, client-centered care and collaboration with the Clinical Director and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current, active Ohio behavioral health license (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC).
• Clinical experience in behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, counseling/psychotherapy, risk assessment, and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy within licensure scope.
• Complete intake assessments and develop measurable treatment plans.
• Document progress and maintain compliant clinical records.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical/licensing standards.
