Community Health Network is seeking an Associate Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team. You will provide evidence-based mental health and substance use services to individuals and families, using modalities like CBT, MI, and ACT, with a focus on culturally competent care.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and deliver tailored treatment, document progress, and support ethical practice.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a mental health field required.
• License eligible for LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana.
• 2+ years of experience providing mental health treatment.

Mansioni

• Provide evidence-based mental health and substance use services to individuals and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Document client progress and ensure ethical, trauma-informed care.
• Support client discharge planning and referrals as needed.
