Salience Health is seeking a licensed therapist to join a collaborative behavioral health team. The Therapist will provide individual therapy, clinical assessments, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and ongoing support to patients across diverse ages and backgrounds.

The role requires collaboration with psychiatric providers, adherence to regulatory standards, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to stabilize and respond to behavioral crises.
• Knowledge of CBT and evidence-based approaches.
• Ability to engage diverse patient populations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct new patient therapy evaluations to assess mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical presentation.
• Provide individual therapy and psychoeducation using CBT.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders within licensure.
• Meet with patients regularly to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and confidentiality.
