Job summary

Adult & Child seeks a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional to assess, diagnose, and treat clients under supervision. This role delivers individual, group, and family therapy, conducts intake and assessments, and crafts treatment plans aligned with regulatory standards.

Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, licensure eligibility, and willingness to provide telehealth services. Strong collaboration and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Able to obtain full licensure with the applicable state board.
• Willing to provide telehealth services and achieve licensure in additional states.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family therapy under supervision.
• Complete intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Participate in clinical staffing and meetings, ensuring service goals are met.
• Coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely approvals and documentation.
