Job summary

PSYCLE ON WELLNESS LLC is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals in Parkville, MD to join a structured, multidisciplinary team providing trauma-informed care to adolescents and families. Qualifications

• Active Maryland license in behavioral health (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LGPC, LGSW, or equivalent).
• Experience delivering direct clinical services in a behavioral health setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or motivational interviewing.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to cultural competency and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supportive counseling sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards.
• Collaborate with staff to complete assessments, intakes, and discuss medical needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
