International Health and Medical Services seeks a Behavioral Health Technician in El Paso, TX to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders. The role supports psychiatric care, crisis intervention, and collaboration with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities include on-site and telepsychiatry care, charting, patient education, and coordination with consultants. AHA-BLS and relevant licenses are required or preferred as noted.

Qualificações

• Licensed mental health professionals including psychologists, LCSWs, LPC/LPCC/LCMHC require proper licensure.
• Minimum 6 months of full-time behavioral health experience in direct patient care.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct psychiatric care onsite or via telepsychiatry.
• Consult with Psychiatrist/Clinical Director for complex cases.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and initiate treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and confidentiality.
