Job summary

Loyal Source is looking for Behavioral Health Providers for employment opportunities in El Paso, Texas.

The Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) is a licensed independent clinical social worker who serves as a SME in mental health and substance use disorders. The BHP conducts mental health evaluations, provides on-site counseling, individual and group therapy, and coordinates care within a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in CACREP-accredited program.
• Full, current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice as LPMHC, LCPC or LCSW.
• Minimum of three years post-independent licensure clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to multi-disciplinary team in an integrated mental health program.
• Deliver direct care within scope of practice and maintain credentials.
• Develop and monitor patient treatment plans with behavioral health technicians.
• Respond to medical emergencies when needed.
• Maintain documentation and electronic health records (EHR) accordingly.
