Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions in Wayne County, PA seeks Licensed Behavior Consultants (BC-ABA) to provide direct ABA services to children and teens. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.

You will train and supervise BHT-ABAs, collaborate with caregivers and schools, and ensure data-driven adjustments to programs. This role offers W-2 employment with benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must hold Pennsylvania LBS license.
• BCBA certification preferred.
• Master's degree in a mental health field with 1 year paid experience with children/adolescents.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal and FBI within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, caregiver interviews, observations) and develop evidence-based ITPs.
• Direct and supervise BHT-ABAs through Behavioral Skills training with instruction, modeling, rehearsal and feedback.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes and participate in IEP and CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
