Job summary
Matrix Behavior Solutions in Stroudsburg, PA is seeking a Licensed Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) to provide individualized ABA services to children and adolescents. You will conduct assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, supervise BHT-ABAs, and collaborate with schools to support learner outcomes.

Qualifications
- A valid Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (LBS) is required.
- BCBA Certification is preferred.
- Master's Degree (MS/MA) in a mental health field with one year paid experience with children/adolescents.
- Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances within 2 years.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, direct ABA services to children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R/AFLS-based ITPs.
- Direct and supervise BHT-ABAs with training and feedback.
- Train caregivers and collaborate with schools on learner outcomes and IEP/CASSP meetings.
- Monitor data and adjust programming accordingly.
- Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
