Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is hiring Licensed Behavior Consultants (BC-ABA) in Pike County, PA. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents, supporting communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills with evidenced-based assessments.

Qualifications

• A valid Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (LBS) is required.
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field is required.
• BCBA certification is preferred.
• Pa Child Abuse, Criminal and FBI clearances within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, direct ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Direct and supervise BHT-ABAs with training, modeling and feedback.
• Train caregivers and coordinate with schools on learner-focused outcomes.
• Monitor data and adapt programming; participate in supervision and team collaboration.

Education

Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field

PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS)

BCBA Certification (Preferred)
