Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Licensed Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) in Luzerne County to deliver direct ABA services to children and adolescents.

You will lead assessments, create evidence-based treatment plans, and guide a multidisciplinary team toward meaningful outcomes for learners and families. As a BC-ABA, you will supervise BHT-ABAs, train caregivers, and collaborate with schools on IEP/CASSP processes, with ongoing supervision toward BCBA requirements and access to paid

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (LBS) required.
• Master's degree (MS/MA) in a mental health field.
• BCBA certification preferred.
• Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances (within 2 years).
• 1 year paid experience working with children/adolescents/youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to children/adolescents.
• Develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Supervise BHT-ABAs through Behavioral Skills training (instruction, modeling, rehearsal, feedback).
• Train caregivers and collaborate with schools on learner outcomes and IEP/CASSP meetings.
