Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Milford, PA seeks BCBAs and Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide services in Pike County. Supervision of BACB candidates is provided. Responsibilities include FBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments; treatment plan development; supervise BHT/RBT; direct 1:1 ABA therapy;

Qualifications

• BACB Certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License is required.
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one year paid experience with children/adolescents.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• One year of paid experience working with children/adolescents (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB-MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing duties.
• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school and community environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data during each session with the client.
• Reduce challenging behaviors such as aggression, property destruction and tantrums.
• Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
• Model appropriate behaviors and provide clinical support to staff.
• Implement consequences relating to appropriate/inappropriate behavior.
• Coordinate communication with other supporting agencies.
• Exchange information clearly with the appropriate parties.
• Complete and submit all paperwork including session notes, logs, plans and assessments promptly.
