Qualifications

• Current CORE, CPR and First Aid training must be up to date.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead worker and implement behavioral programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Provide training for parents and vendor staff as specified in the individual habilitation plan and inform staff of consumer progress.
• Respond to crisis situations and implement interventions until behaviors are safe.
• Assist with transfers and potential physical restraints as needed.
