Job summary

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar beauty/retail role or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup, waxing and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Educate clients on beauty trends and product knowledge to empower purchases.
• Meet store goals by servicing clients, promoting services, and rebooking.
