Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You will perform makeup, waxing, and other services, while educating clients on trends and products to enhance their experience.

Maintain licensure and uphold safety standards, delivering personalized service in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling includes full-time or part-time shifts to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals, rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other listed services; stay informed on trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote an open, empowering culture.
• Uphold Sephora standards and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
