Qualifications

Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and lash services in the state.
1–3 years of experience in beauty or retail/service environment.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

Drive results by meeting store goals through services, client care, and product sales.
Perform beauty services: makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora menu.
Maintain licensure, hygiene, and safety standards.
Foster inclusiveness and teamwork.
Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
