Job summary

Sephora Group in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for part-time hours. You will guide clients through beauty services at the Beauty Studio, educate on trends, and help them discover products that enhance their daily routine.

Qualifications

Active license to perform waxing, makeup, and false eyelash services in the state where services are performed.
1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/service environment.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
