Job summary

Sephora Providence is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to join its Beauty Studio team. This part-time, hourly role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to guide clients through makeup, waxing, and other services while staying current with beauty trends.

You will maintain licensure, uphold hygiene standards, and work with a diverse team to deliver personalized client experiences and help drive store growth.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash services in RI
• 1–3 years experience in beauty retail/service
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
