Job summary

Sephora's SC-King Street store in Charleston is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey, perform services, and help them feel welcome in a diverse, supportive team.

You will maintain licensure, deliver makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu, stay updated on trends, and uphold hygiene and safety while delivering personalized service that builds lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards
