Job summary
Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Stroudsburg, PA seeks Licensed Behavior Consultants (BC-ABA) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents. You will guide assessments, develop ITPs, and lead a multidisciplinary team to improve communication, social, and daily living skills.
The role offers competitive hourly pay, W-2 employment with benefits, paid training, and opportunities for supervision toward BCBA requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health field.
- PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) required.
- BCBA certification preferred.
- PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances within 2 years.
Responsibilities
- Complete Assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, caregiver interviews, observations) and develop evidence-based ITPs.
- Direct and Supervise BHT-ABAs through Behavioral Skills training: instruction, modeling, rehearsal and feedback.
- Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes and participate in IEP and CASSP meetings.
- Monitor and analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
- Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
