Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking BCBA(s) and Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) in Schuylkill County to provide high-quality ABA services for children and adolescents. The role involves direct 1:1 therapy, data collection, and supervision of BHT/RBT staff in home, school, and community settings.

Requirements include BCBA certification, applicable licensure, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• BACB Certification required and in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• One year of paid experience with children or adolescents preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers.
