Job summary

Crowley Auto Body in Bristol, CT is seeking a Licensed Auto Body Damage Appraiser / Customer Service Representative to join our collision center team. You will be the primary link between customers, technicians, and insurance providers, creating precise repair estimates and guiding clients through the restoration process.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, empathy, and deep knowledge of collision repair.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in auto body estimating and customer service.
• Valid Connecticut MVPD Appraiser license or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide repair status updates.
• Conduct inspections and document required repairs for estimates.
• Create repair estimates using CCC ONE in line with shop metrics.
• Negotiate repair plans with insurance adjusters and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate workflow with foreman and parts coordinators to meet timelines.
