Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking an experienced Damage Auto Body Appraiser to join our busy, dealership-based repair shop in Massachusetts. You will determine repair scope and costs, interact with customers and insurance personnel, and manage parts ordering and scheduling.

Qualifications

Licensed Massachusetts auto appraiser required or clearly demonstrated licensure eligibility.
Valid driver's license is required.
Experience with collision damage appraisal and estimates preferred.
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers and insurance personnel to determine damage repairs and estimated costs.
Order, track and check parts; schedule customer appointments.
Communicate progress of repairs with customers and insurance companies.
Write up estimates and supplements and submit them to insurers for approval.
Perform tasks as assigned by management.
