Job summary

Sport Clips Grove City is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor with the Store Manager, coach stylists, and keep wait times down while maintaining service quality.

You’ll earn a base of 26–35 USD per hour plus leadership pay, generous tips, weekend-rate premiums, and quarterly bonuses, with paid training and a clear path to Store Manager. Location: 1728 Stringtown Road, Grove City, OH 43123.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio cosmetology or barber license.
• Experience behind the chair with strong numbers or drive to build one.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when the Store Manager is off - opening, closing, and keeping the wait times down.
• Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.
• Set the example behind the chair - you\'re still cutting, and you\'re the standard.
