Job summary

Sport Clips Reynoldsburg is looking for a strong stylist to join as Assistant Manager. You’ll run the floor with the Store Manager, coach the team, and get paid for results, with a clear path to running your own store.

You’ll earn a base rate of 26–35 USD per hour plus leadership pay, tips, and elevated weekend rates, plus quarterly bonuses and paid training. You’ll be behind the chair and set the performance standard while training for future management.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio cosmetology or barber license required.
• Experience behind the chair with strong numbers or drive to build them.
• Leadership capability and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when the Store Manager is off, including opening and closing.
• Coach stylists on MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.
• Lead by example behind the chair and set the standard.
• Train as the next Store Manager and contribute to leadership development.
