You're a strong stylist who's ready for more than a chair. At Sport Clips Hilliard South, the Assistant Manager runs the floor alongside the Store Manager, coaches the team, and gets paid for results — with a direct path to running your own store.

• $26–$35/hr base plus leadership pay on top

• Active Ohio cosmetology or barber license
• Experience behind the chair and a track record of strong numbers — or the drive to build one
• A natural leader: you'd rather help the team win than win alone
• Reliable, organized, and available for weekends and key shifts
