Sport Clips Canal Winchester is hiring for an Assistant Manager to run the floor alongside the Store Manager, coach the team, and drive results at the Canal Winchester location in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when Store Manager is off, handling opening/closing and wait times.
• Coach stylists on MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.
• Set the example behind the chair and uphold standards.
• Train as the next Store Manager and be a candidate for promotion.
