You've led a team before, or you've been the stylist everyone else looks to and you're ready to lead one. At Sport Clips Hilliard North (Britton Pkwy), the Store Manager runs the business: the team, the numbers, the client experience. You get real authority, real support from an Area Manager who wants you to win, and pay that goes up when the store does.

What you'll make

• $30–$44/hr base as a working manager — you're still behind the chair part of the week, so tips are yours too
• Monthly Manager Bonus tied to the numbers you control: client count, MVP upgrades, product sales, and client satisfaction
• Quarterly Team Bonus when the store hits its goal — every hour, for you and your team
• Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate
• Paid manager training, ongoing leadership development, and a clear path to Area Manager

What you'll do
