Sport Clips Anderson is seeking an Assistant Manager who will run the floor alongside the Store Manager, coach stylists, and help with scheduling and inventory. You’ll lead by example behind the chair and develop a clear path to owning your own store.

You’ll receive paid leadership training, performance bonuses, and a strong earning potential with tips and tiered pay by Star levels. Weekend availability is needed and leadership growth is emphasized.

Qualificações

• Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license.
• Experience behind the chair with a track record of strong numbers or drive to build one.
• A natural leader who helps the team win as a group.

Responsabilidades

• Run the floor when the Store Manager is off, including opening and closing and controlling wait times.
• Coach stylists on MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory and team huddles.
• Lead by example behind the chair; continue cutting and set the standard.
• Train as the next Store Manager; this is the seat we promote from.
