Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the store's results: client count, wait times, retail, and satisfaction scores.

• Set the MVP experience behind chair and on floor.
• Read the numbers weekly and act on them with reports and backing.

What you'll make

• $30–$44/hr base as a working manager — you're still behind the chair part of the week, so tips are yours too
• Monthly Manager Bonus tied to the numbers you control: client count, MVP upgrades, product sales, and client satisfaction
• Quarterly Team Bonus when the store hits its goal — every hour, for you and your team
• Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate
• Paid manager training, ongoing leadership development, and a clear path to Area Manager

What you'll do
