Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery and ensure continuity of care for clients in our Arlington area offices. You will lead regional teams, monitor outcomes, and ensure adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

You will mentor supervisees, coordinate scheduling and staffing, and maintain required documentation while upholding ethical and clinical standards. Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics and supervised experience per WAC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation, including E‑Sign and compliance forms, is completed on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support their professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure requirements.
