Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health & Concerted Care Group (CCG) in Dover, DE is seeking an addiction counselor to join a tight-knit, interdisciplinary team. You will carry a caseload, lead both group and individual sessions, and contribute to recovery education with a focus on meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware CADC credential (or eligible).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SUD group treatment.
• Strong clinical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative, individualized treatment alliances that flex with each patient’s changing needs.
• Facilitate addiction treatment groups at the IOP level of care.
• Design and deliver addiction/recovery education presentations.
• Lead case management sessions, including assessments, goal-setting, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with referral sources, family members, and other providers.
• Apply Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches daily.
