Qualifications

• Active Delaware credential: CADC (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SUD group treatment preferred.
• Comfort using an electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative treatment alliances tailored to each patient.
• Facilitate addiction treatment groups at IOP level of care.
• Deliver addiction/recovery education presentations.
• Lead case management: assessments, goal-setting, discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with families and referral sources.
• Address patients' co-occurring psychiatric needs with team support.
