Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health & Concerted Care Group (CCG) in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking Addiction Counselors for current and future opportunities. You will work with a tight-knit interdisciplinary team, carry a meaningful caseload, and receive strong clinical supervision to advance licensure.

The role involves facilitating group and individual sessions, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland credential: ADT, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the SUD field
• Strong clinical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Comfort working within an electronic medical record system

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual sessions in IOP programs
• Build treatment alliances with patients
• Lead case management sessions including assessments and discharge planning
• Coordinate care with referral sources, family, and other providers
• Apply Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches
• Complete DSM-V and ASAM criteria evaluations
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting CARF standards
• Rotate on-call coverage for crises outside business hours
• Deliver recovery education with energy and a teaching mindset
