Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health & Concerted Care Group (CCG) is seeking Addiction Counselors to join a collaborative, experienced team in Dover, DE. This role involves facilitating IOP groups and individual sessions, building strong treatment alliances, and delivering education on recovery strategies.

Qualified candidates hold a Delaware CADC and BA, with at least 2 years in the SUD field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware credential: CADC, BA (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the SUD field
• Strong clinical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Familiarity with an electronic medical record system
• Familiarity with recovery modalities: 12-Step, SMART Recovery, Women for Sobriety, Recovery Dharma, Harm Reduction, and more
• A flexible, team-oriented approach to a growing program

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative, individualized treatment alliances that flex with each patient's changing needs
• Facilitate addiction treatment groups at the IOP level of care
• Design and deliver addiction/recovery education presentations
• Lead case management sessions, including assessments and discharge planning
• Coordinate care with referral sources, family members, and other providers
• Apply Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches in daily practice
• Maintain timely documentation meeting state and CARF standards
• Rotate on-call coverage for crises outside business hours
