Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health & Concerted Care Group (CCG) in Maryland seeks an Addiction Counselor (ADT, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD) to join a tight-knit, interdisciplinary team. You will manage a caseload, lead group and individual sessions, and help patients on the recovery journey.

You will use Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches, participate in on-call coverage, and receive clinical supervision, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Maryland license: ADT, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the SUD field (group treatment a plus).
• Strong clinical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience using an electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative, individualized treatment alliances to meet changing patient needs.
• Facilitate addiction treatment groups at the IOP level of care.
• Design and deliver addiction/recovery education presentations.
• Lead case management sessions including assessments, goals, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with referral sources, family, and other providers.
• Apply Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches daily.
