Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery and coordinate regional teams to ensure continuity of care for clients.

You will mentor supervisees, maintain compliance with licensure and company policies, and assist with scheduling and documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged to apply, with the potential for hybrid work and a focus on professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246‑805‑210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior‑analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246‑805‑230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
