Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a licensed LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will lead clinical teams, coordinate regional operations, and uphold PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence with strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with ABA field work hours and experience designing/oversight for behavior modification.
• Completion of supervised experience as per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards.
