Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a part-time Behavioral Consultant in Pennsylvania to provide in-community behavioral health support for youths ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and work with families, educators, and other providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight, accurate documentation, and a passion for empowering youth.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with either one year of mental health direct work with youth or a completed practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, CRNP or similar with ABA oversight scope.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight and maintain documentation aligned with treatment goals.
